PART I: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AND PURCHASE

2. Legal Capacity

The services and products offered in this online store are exclusively intended for individuals who have the legal capacity to contract, according to Colombian law (18 years of age or older). By making a purchase, the customer declares to be of legal age and have the legal capacity to assume the obligations arising from the transaction.

3. Products and Pricing

  • Description: Ecofique strives to display the colors, images, and descriptions of the offered agro-industrial products as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that the display on your monitor will be perfectly accurate.
  • Availability: All orders are subject to inventory availability. In the event that a purchased product is out of stock after payment is made, we will contact you to offer an alternative, wait for restocking, or issue a full refund.
  • Pricing: All published prices are in Colombian Pesos (COP) and include applicable statutory taxes. Shipping costs are calculated separately before completing the purchase. The Company reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice.

4. Purchasing Process and Payment Methods

  • Payment processing is handled through secure external payment gateways.
  • We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers via PSE, and other enabled methods.
  • Ecofique does not store financial information or credit card data from its customers.

5. Shipping and Delivery Policy

  • Coverage: We ship nationwide in Colombia through allied transport companies.
  • Delivery Times: Usually range from 2 to 7 business days after payment confirmation, depending on the location.
  • Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. The Company does not assume additional costs for errors in the information provided.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Right to Cancel)

According to Law 1480 of 2011 (Colombian Consumer Statute), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Maximum of five (5) business days from product delivery.
  • Conditions: The product must be returned unused, with original tags and packaging. Legal exceptions apply for perishable agro-industrial products or those for personal use.
  • Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • Refund: Will be processed within a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days.

7. Warranties and Exchanges

  • Notify any manufacturing defects within a maximum of five (5) days after receipt by writing to info@ecofique.com with photo evidence.
  • If the defect is verified, Ecofique will cover the shipping costs for the exchange or refund the money.
  • The warranty does not cover damages caused by mishandling or improper storage.

All content on this website (texts, graphics, logos, images) is the property of ECOFIQUE S.A.S. and is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.


PART II: PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING AND PRIVACY POLICY

In compliance with Statutory Law 1581 of 2012, Single Decree 1074 of 2015 of Colombia, and in alignment with GDPR principles, we establish the following privacy policies:
